Stress, trauma, and grief can remain in the body and show up as:

When the body and mind are given a safe space to process these things, that stuck energy can begin to shift.
Conscious connected breathwork creates the conditions for those experiences to be processed, released, and integrated, supporting you in:
- shifting long-held patterns and beliefs
- regulating your nervous system
- deepening your connection with your body
- increasing self-awareness
- improving your relationship with yourself
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing to support your body in processing, releasing, and integrating what it has been holding.
Conscious connected breathwork uses a continuous, intentional breathing pattern practiced over an extended period of time (typically around 50 minutes). This temporarily shifts your brainwave state and physiology, allowing you to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness where deeper processing can occur.
Your breath creates a bridge between your conscious mind and your nervous system. It can bring awareness to sensations, emotions, and patterns that can’t surface through thinking alone.
Rather than trying to fix or analyze what’s happening, breathwork allows your body to show you. And, when it’s ready, to release or shift it.
How it Works
In a session, I guide you through a breathwork journey, supporting you with gentle instruction, music, and a trauma-informed approach. Using a conscious, connected breathing technique, the breath activates and opens the system in a way that can allow stored energy, emotion, or sensation to arise.
Your safety, agency, and empowerment are central and we move at a pace that feels right for you. Some journeys may involve a strong emotional or somatic release, while others may feel quiet or subtle. All of it matters and all of it is meaningful.
This work isn’t about forcing an experience or chasing intensity. It’s about allowing what is ready to arise, to do so. Your system will only bring forward what is ready to be processed. Nothing more, nothing less. Over time, sessions can build on each other, gently working through layers as your system is ready.
