AWAKENED BREATH

Come home to yourself—one breath at a time.

Breathwork offers a way to release what’s been held, reconnect with your body, and access deeper layers of clarity, healing, and self-trust.

Sometimes it’s not that something is “wrong.”
It’s just that something inside you is ready to shift.

You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what’s next.
You might have already tried to think your way through it, understand it, or work around it.

Breathwork offers another way.
One that doesn’t rely on figuring everything out.

One that begins with your body.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded awareness.

Your breath is one of the most direct ways to access your inner world.

It can bring forward what’s been held beneath the surface—emotions, trauma, tension, patterns, beliefs—so they can be processed and integrated, without needing to force anything to happen.

The breath simply creates the conditions for your system to respond in its own way.

Why Breathwork?

Sometimes things don’t shift because they there’s no space to move.

Breathwork can support:

The release of stored stress, tension, trauma, and emotion

Movement through anxiety, overwhelm, or low energy

Clarity and insight without overthinking

Reconnection with your body and intuition

A softening of patterns that feel stuck

You don’t have to arrive with a clear goal or intention.
What’s ready to move will reveal itself.

How it Works

In our sessions together, you’ll be guided through a conscious breathing pattern using a connected technique while lying down in a safe, supportive space.

As you breathe, your body may:

  • Release stored energy
  • Process unexpressed emotions or sensations
  • Shift into a more open, regulated state

I’ll be there to support you throughout — holding a grounded, attuned space so you can fully allow your experience, whatever it looks like.

Each session is different and over time, sessions can gently build on one another, working through layers at a pace your system is ready for.

This is not about pushing or forcing.

It’s about creating the conditions for your body to do what it already knows how to do.

My Approach

I believe that healing is something that happens when there is enough safety, space, and attention for your system to do what it innately knows how to do. My role is to support that process.

Sessions are held with a trauma-informed approach, honoring your nervous system and personal boundaries at all times.
